1. The Summary

Cassava improved starch with annual capability of 300,000-ton and alcohol engineer with annual capability of 300,000-ton and the equipped engineer.

2. The location of the project

The project's location is in the Mingyang industrial Zone of Guangxi that located in the Jiangnan district of Nanning, 30Km away from the Nanning downtown, 6.5Km away from the Nanning International Airport, connect with the second grade road on east and Yongqing road on west.

3. The executing plan of the project

The project is planned to complete in three periods. In the first period, 26.5million RMB will be invested in the cassava improved starch high-tech industrial demonstration project with the annual capability of 100,000-ton during two years. After the first step, the annual capability of the improved starch will be 200,000-ton and the alcohol will be 150,000-ton. The above step began on Dec 19th,2005.

In the second period, technology equipments will be improved, and the annual 150,000-ton capability of the alcohol will be raised to 200,000-ton.

In the third period, with the extending and new construction, the capability of the improved starch will be improved to 300,000-ton, the alcohol to 300,000-ton in 2010. The benefit will be 100million RMB in that time, which can improve the life's quality of the employees.
