Quality Administration Authentication
Our company has gotten the
authentication of ISO9001 and set up a perfect quality assurance system and
actively accomplishes ISO9001:2000 standard.
The department is staffed with
sufficient number of full-time quality people who have received
a strict professional training and examining. They conduct an
efficient analyses and monitoring on the raw materials and products
quality and their stability on the hand; and establish a series
of quality management regulations and SOP, and perform periodical
on-site inspection and validation management on the other hand.
Technical and Equipment
1. Top-flight Technology
Our company has a sole provincial-level Research and Development Center in Guangxi focusing on the starch and starch derivatives. It also has a group of high-level and young technical talents. Meanwhile, our company has the advanced starch experimental workshop and applications labs for papermaking, foodstuff, feedstuff and construction material. Through out the cooperation with Guangxi University, China Petroleum Association, Jiangnan University, South China Technology University and other science & technology institutions, the company continually conducted the research, development, introduction and adoption in about 20 years. Now the center has developed more than 50 modified starch products used in papermaking, textile, foodstuff, medicine, and construction material. There are 14 products is up to the national top level and passed the province-level product evaluation, some of which can be a perfect substitute for foreign imports of similar products and nearly reaching the international advanced level. All the above provide the reliable technology support for the rapid growth and development of the company.
2. Top-flight Equipments
Our key production equipments and the testing equipments are imported from U.S.A, Germany, Japan and Holland, etc.
The company also has the first automatic wet produce line of cassava modified starch. The control system is the top level in the domestic with its high automatic and stable operation.
